Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Graviti Platforms (Pvt) Ltd. (trading as Graviti Studio) website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy. It applies to all users and visitors.
This AUP should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You may use our Services to:
- Browse information about Graviti Studio's services and portfolio
- Submit genuine enquiries via the contact form
- Download materials explicitly made available for download
All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not harm Graviti Studio, other users, or any third party.

Security and technical abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services, systems, servers, or databases
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to our Services
- Introduce, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our Services or any third party
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or copy content from our Services without prior written permission
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, authentication systems, or access controls
Content and communications
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form or communication channel
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through any contact channel
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is obscene, indecent, or offensive
- Use our communications channels for any purpose other than genuine business enquiries or project-related communications
3. Content Standards
Any content you submit through our Services, including contact form messages, portal uploads, and communications, must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to data protection, copyright, and consumer protection
- Not contain personal data about third parties unless you have a lawful basis to share it
- Not contain confidential information belonging to another party without their consent
4. Reporting Violations

If you discover a security vulnerability in our Services, please report it responsibly to security@graviti.studio rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it.

If we determine, in our sole reasonable judgement, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions without notice:

- Suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services
- Remove or disable access to any content you have submitted
- Report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Take legal action to recover losses caused by the violation, including reasonable legal costs
6. Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor use of our Services to ensure compliance with this AUP and applicable law. Monitoring will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
